The resources and energies are reducing, while urban wastes are increasing day by day, and the wastes become a critical obstacle which affects our living conditions. Landfills of wastes not only wastes large amount of land, but also pollute underground water resources. Wastes incineration is a good method for wastes treatment, but the incinerator suitable for China wastes features is still rather raw. Faced with this reality, Shenwu developed new regenerative gasification smelting incineration technology and new process for incineration MSW by using the regenerative combustion technology, the new technology is suitable for China wastes features. MSW can change into glass after incineration and clean by adopting the technology developed by Shenwu, the heat released from garbage incineration can be transformed into clean electric energy, no fuel with high quality will be added, or harmful pollutants will not be emitted during incineration, and Environmental Protection Standard of Europe wastes treatment can be met. The development and industrialization of this technology will benefit the nation and the people in China.


     

Advantages of Shenwu Technology
1.Wide adaptability of wastes
For common incinerator, preheating temperature of combustion air is 200~400℃, and the temperature can only be about 600℃ even if ceramic recuperator is used. For Shenwu technology, preheating temperature can reach 850~950℃, as a result MSW with low calorific value and high moisture can be treated.
2.High harmlessness, reduction, and resource
Smelting slag-of is adopted and decrease ratio of burning for slag is low. Harmlessness, reduction, and resource are high.
3.Within flue gas emission index
4.Low content of smelting slag fly ash heavy metal and dioxin
Smelting slag has the following advantages such as the heavy metal contained is not easy to be leached out, containing basically no dioxin and with good stability, and therefore qualified for realizing resource utilization as good building material. The main utilizing approaches are as follows.
(1)Alternative aggregate for petroleum bitumen road surface
(2)Alternative aggregate for cement or concrete
(3)Covering material for packing plant
(4)Filling material for embankment, roadbed etc.
(5)Manufacturing brick for retaining structure in industrial park.
